Breaks one linear feature into two distinct linear features.

1. Select Break Linear Feature.

2. Locate the Linear Feature to break.

3. Identify a location along the feature to create the break..

4. The Linear Feature remains intact up to the location of the bread.

5. At the break point the Linear Feature is saved as a separate feature.
